To experience the true depth of the Mega Residential Meditation Camp, participants must completely surrender to the process. The environment is carefully curated to trigger awakening.

  • Stay in the Meditation Hall:
    Spend maximum time in the hall; collective energy enhances the journey.
  • Maintain Silence (Maun):
    Silence is the doorway to your inner peace. Absence of words is necessary.
  • Dress Code:
    Maroon Robe is mandatory for daytime meditation. White Robe for Evening Meeting.
  • No Mobile Usage:
    Disconnect from the outer world to connect deeply within. Avoid phones.

The Mystic: Osho

Osho was not just a spiritual teacher; he was a revolutionary thinker who challenged conventional beliefs and encouraged humanity to live with awareness, freedom, and inner consciousness.

Born on December 11, 1931, in Kuchwada, Madhya Pradesh, India, Osho was deeply curious and fearless from childhood. He questioned traditions, religious conditioning, and societal norms, always seeking truth through direct experience rather than blind belief.

Osho believed that modern human beings were living mechanically — trapped in stress, fear, social expectations, and unconscious habits. According to him, meditation was the key to transforming human consciousness. However, his idea of meditation was unique. He did not see meditation as escaping life, but as becoming fully aware within life itself.

  • For Osho: Awareness is meditation, Love is meditation, Silence is meditation, Celebration is meditation, Living in the present moment is meditation.

One of Osho’s most famous visions was the concept of “Zorba the Buddha.” He envisioned a new kind of human being who could enjoy worldly life like Zorba the Greek while also possessing the inner awareness of Buddha.

Osho introduced many active meditation techniques designed especially for modern people, including Dynamic Meditation, Kundalini Meditation, Nadabrahma Meditation, and Nataraj Meditation. These methods were created to release suppressed emotions, mental tension, and inner restlessness before entering silence.

A major aspect of Osho’s teachings was freedom. He encouraged individuals to think independently and discover their own truth rather than blindly following organized religion or ideology. He often said: “Be a light unto yourself.”

No. OshoAstro is purely a spiritual, scientific, and psychological platform. We do not teach dogma, fear, or belief systems. We only teach the science of awareness and meditation.

Absolutely. In fact, beginners often have the best experiences because they come with an empty cup. Our facilitators will guide you step-by-step through every meditation technique.

Why is digital detox strictly enforced? +

Mobiles keep your mind anchored to the outside world—to past anxieties and future plans. To travel inwards, you must cut the cord to the outside noise for those few days to allow true transformation.

What should I wear during the camps? +

Loose, comfortable maroon robes are mandatory for daytime active meditations, and white robes are mandatory for the evening silent discourse (Sandhya Satsang / White Robe Brotherhood).
